Teaching and Training

Swire Solutions, LLC evaluates, designs and delivers both customized training courses and off-the-shelf training curriculum. Our training programs are tailored to meet client specifications regarding learning objectives and participant goals. Courses are structured as 2-hour presentations or 4-hour (half-day), 8-hour (full-day), multiple day and full, one week leadership development programs, depending upon client needs. Swire Solutions' training courses can be adapted as train-the trainer programs following instructional system design principles.

Wendy has over 15 years of classroom teaching and leadership training experience,  With her consistent outstanding evaluations and performance results, Wendy is known for her passion and energy as an instructor. Swire Solutions use the most up-to-date adult learning models and  interactive teaching approaches to engage course participants to develop real life, applicable skills.

Training methodologies include exercises, class discussion, simulations or case studies, use of video and  other streaming technologies, assessment instruments and other creative techniques to enhance the learning environment. Wendy provides training programs and courses to a wide variety of audiences, ranging from:
