leadership teams within Fortune 500 corporations, international
non-profit organizations, emerging and entrepreneurial companies
and within federal government divisions. In addition, Swire Solutions
has provided group coaching for specialized groups, such emerging
and high potential leadership or managers who are getting promoted
to senior executive service.
The key foundation of coaching always apply – trust, confidentiality,
respect. However, team and group coaching differ in that elements
of facilitation, group exercises, case studies and application
of new tools and techniques can be brought into the group and
team coaching process. Working with teams creates a hybrid opportunity
for learning and leadership development.
