Conflict Resolution and Mediation

Swire Solutions offers mediation services in employment, business, EEOC and family (child custody/divorce) cases, in private practice and as a court-referred mediator.  She is trained in both evaluative, transformative and interest-based mediation techniques. Wendy has over 1000 hours of mediation experience.

Wendy is a certified mediator and has mediated for the following programs:

• The Supreme Court of Virginia (certification #0430)
• Prince George's 7th Circuit Court
• Montgomery County Human Relations Commission
• US Postal Service REDRESS employment and EEOC roster
• National Archives RESOLVE EEOC roster

Wendy is fluent is Spanish and conducts bi-lingual mediations for Northern Virginia Mediation Services and for the Circuit Court of Maryland.

Swire Solutions utilizes either a sole or co-mediator model, depending on the nature of the dispute and preference of the parties. Swire Solutions mediates with a cadre of highly experienced professionals, including attorneys, therapists and other specialists as needed for a particular mediation case.
