EXECUTIVE COACHING  

Executive coaching is designed to motivate and embed essential leadership attitudes and skills to help leaders and managers produce at their potential and beyond.  Clients identify the key areas that are vital to their workplace effectiveness, future performance and desired results.  Swire Solutions executive coaching is based to the highest level of mutual trust, strict confidentiality and respect, cornerstones of all successful coaching partnerships.   

Swire Solutions works with our clients to set up in person or telephonic coaching. Sessions range from 30-minute up to 2 hour meetings on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. A coaching action plan is created to ensure that the coaching work is focused upon specific results, competencies and goals for each client. The coaching schedule is designed to accommodate the needs of the clients and can fluctuate as coaching needs change.

The benefits of coaching are numerous, including increased and sustainable long-term workplace performance, greater self-awareness, self management and resiliency, stronger capacity to lead others as examples. Many clients report that they achieve greater work-life integration as a result of executive coaching and better flexibility to adapt to change.

Who can benefit from coaching?  Research has shown coaching to be beneficial at all levels of leadership, whether you are a senior executive managing large groups of people on a daily basis, middle manager, new to supervisor or emerging leader who leads a temporary, cross-functional team on a short team basis.

Wendy has coached at all levels within organizations. In the private sector --  from CEOs of established and entrepreneurial organizations, SVP , MVP, VP, Director and Senior Director as well as emerging leaders and high potential millenials. In the government sector, she has worked at SES, Divisional Level, GS15 to GS10. She has also coached federal agency leaders who are responsible for coaching programs and organizational development. Many coaching clients frequently have advanced, technical expertise in areas such as: information technology, statistics, medical doctors, nurses, Phd Statisticians, economists, procurement and supply chain experts, attorneys, accountants or biomedical researchers, international development and trade.
