Swire Solutions works with our clients
to set up in person or telephonic coaching. Sessions range from
30-minute up to 2 hour meetings on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
A coaching action plan is created to ensure that the coaching
work is focused upon specific results, competencies and goals
for each client. The coaching schedule is designed to accommodate
the needs of the clients and can fluctuate as coaching needs
change.

government sector, she has worked at SES, Divisional Level, GS15
to GS10. She has also coached federal agency leaders who are
