Wendy is certified by the organization as a Professional Certified Coach by ICF, which represents over 750 hours of client coaching experience.  Wendy is also a volunteer mediator for the Mediation Resolution Panel of the ICF Ethics Review Process.”

They have an extensive website resources that include best practices in the training and development field, blogs, e-tools. The local chapters offer support and resources, as well as an large international conference worth attending.  Wendy is a member of the local, DC Chapter.  Members work in thousands of organizations of all sizes, in government, as independent consultants, and suppliers.
