It has over 17,000 members in 95 countries. Wendy is certified by the organization as a Professional Certified Coach by ICF, which represents over 750 hours of client coaching experience. Wendy is also a volunteer mediator for the Mediation Resolution Panel of the ICF Ethics Review Process.”

The Society for Neuroscience (SFN) is the largest neuroscientific organization in the world. Its mission is to advance the understanding of the brain and the nervous system. Members must be nominated to join SFN.

The NeuroLeadership Institute helps understand human brain functions at individual, team and systemic levels. The term Neuroleadership was coined by author and coach David Rock in 2006. The Institute’s four domains of focus for ongoing development and research in the Neuroleadership field are: Decision making and problem solving, Staying cool under pressure, Collaborating with others, Facilitating change.
