AnyTime Coaching

Wendy is co-author of Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee  Performance, published by Management Concepts in 2009. This highly regarded practical book helps managers and leaders improve skills in observing, inquiring, listening and responding – and in the end improves employee and organizational performance. Utilizing the Anytime Coaching as a framework and model, the book helps managers and leaders in the creating coaching conversations in the workplace, anytime and anyplace.

As a hands-on, practical guide, the Anytime Coaching approach helps leaders from first line supervisors to senior executives hone their abilities to observe themselves and their employees, ask powerful questions, exhibit “extreme” listening, and respond deliberately and with intention. 

The Anytime Coaching Model (see picture below) utilizes four key practices to prompt day-to-day performance improvement in employees.  The Anytime Coaching approach draws from recent findings and best practices in the fields of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and leadership development.
